its a small black dot almost perfectly round and theres only one of them. it dosen't pop out like a pimple and you can't feel it. what is this called?

Dude... it's a mole...
And i suggest that you don't pop it out like a pimple unless you want to have a cancer..
its a live mole..if you can feel it...just let it...

that little black dot is called a mole or a "Birthmark" it is a sign that makes each other unique. i have one also in my arm pit....lol i know it sounds strange but its true
