Because of the way that the question was asked, I'll be assuming that you really are asking for the numbers of months in "Y" years...

"Indian numbers were represented by letters but not in the dictionary order. The system was known as huruf al jumal which meant "letters for calculating" and also sometimes as abjad which is just the first four numbers (1 = a, 2 = b, j = 3, d = 4). The numbers from 1 to 9 were represented by letters, then the numbers 10, 20, 30, ..., 90 by the next nine letters (10 = y, 20 = k, 30 = l, 40 = m, ...), then 100, 200, 300, ... , 900 by the next letters (100 = q, 200 = r, 300 = sh, 400 = ta, ...). There were 28 Arabic letters and so one was left over which was used to represent 1000. "

In other words 12 months X 10 years = 120 months.

Well, if your wandering in Math Rieun Form (MRF) the answer is 72, but you may be looking for (12) the normal version of months in a year

Let's see...

12 months in a year...

7 days in a week...

52 weeks in a year...

24 hours in a day...

365 days in a year...(366 in a Leap Year)

4 months with 30 days, 6 with 31 days, & 1 with 28 days...unless it's a Leap Year...anything else you "didn't know", but would like to know that you haven't asked yeat about a year?

lol...I know you asked that intentially just to see how many people would actually call you stupid, or say you suffer greatly from a major mental disorder...which I highly doubt you actually do.

12, but if you go by breaking it down into weeks, there are 52 weeks in a year, four weeks in a month, so 52/4 =13 so, 13 months going by that calculation.
