CCR is great. Favourite song by them is "Looking out my back door"....or "Proud Mary". Bit of tid-bit of info. that I heard on the radio a while back. It said that CCR had not had ONE single #1 hit in the US....isn't that amazing. They had so many good tunes.
(*p.s. "Keep on Rocking in the Free World" was sung by Neil Young, who I don't think was in the band CCR.)

My g/f is American sometimes i put on the soundtrack to Forrest Gump, This is the first song and I do air guitar wearing nothing but a large aerosal can :-0)

Heard of them? Totally love them. I guess if I had to choose one song it would be Proud Mary.

Run Through the Jungle. Keep On Chooglin'. Green River. And the list just keeps going. The absolute crappiest stereo possible, but they were so good you just forgot about it.

Of course I've heard of em...i was born in the sixties. My fave song is "Who will stop the Rain?" Plus, John Fogerty's Centerfield album in the 80's was awesome...I loved that.
