A better question would be - where can i go to look up US and state capitols, instead of "will someone do my homework for me?"
You obviously can get to the Internet, so go to 50states.com and search away...

In 1890 - 1900 we only had 45 states. So pick one.

hey girl tried to be real and ask an appropriate question. You question is not specific, because we have 50 states how are we suppose to know which state was you talking about.
