I took an E.P.T home pregnancy test and i got one line dose that mean yes or no pleas i need to know

It is either a negative or an invalid test. There are two places for lines to pop up on the tests. One is a control line and the other is a test line - if you had the packaging it would tell you which is which. The control line tells you the test is working correctly. The other line is the pregnancy test line. Since you don't know which line is which you have to assume that the test is negative or invalid.

one line means the test is NEGATIVE but you may need to test again in a few days if you don't get your period

one line means negative, wait a few days and if you still haven't got your period repeat the test!!!

Cheek the information on the packet and the information leaflet. It should tell you what each one means
