I have a really important question about the playstation?

I was recently searching around the internet about the ps3 when suddenly I stumbuled to this place where they were talking about some psx thing! WTF is psx? I tought it was only ps3 but what is that other thing!?PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO!

PSX is the first Playstation, the one made before Playstation 2. It's not anything new. =)

PSX was PS1 but i think they made it smaller so they names it PSX i think
