SHIZZAT!! I DO! Unless u don't mean April 6. Anyways, the world population is about 6.5 billion, and a good estimate for the amount of people with the same birthday as us would be 6.5 billion multiplied by 1/365 (representing the value of the possibility of someone being born on your birthday) However, the year one was born would add another twist. Hm.. I'll go write a book about this.

Approximately 386,000 people were born on that day.

World Population: 5,419,643,132 (July 1991)
Birth rate: 26 births/1,000 population/year (1991)
≈ 386,056 births per day
