Chances are he was in a relationship before where they did do him wrong and although he loves you and wants to trust you he still remembers all of that. My husbands ex cheated on him throughout their marriage and even had a baby by another man while they were married all of which left him very insecure. It gets aggravating at times but I try to understand and just try to reassure him that I am not her. All you can do is talk to him and keep letting him know that you love him and only him and would never do anything to hurt him and show him you mean it.

some men just cant seem to help them selves on things like that. it can be that he was with someone that was cheating on him before or he was never able to trust his own family or best friend or anything like that. when things happen like that they carry it on to other people that have not done anything wrong. like my husband trusts me that i would never cheat on him and that i will always be there for him but, if i were to tell him that , oh ya i used to do 300 crunches a day, he would not believe me, or even something more simple like if he asked me if i made the bed, if i told him yes, he would not believe me, he has to see everything for his own eyes to believe anything even if i am telling him that i am the one that did it i was there so why would you tell me you dont believe me, and he has no reason in the world to not believe me. i have never lied to him and he stil chooses to never believe me. i hate it alot but i am doing my best to fix it by telling him that it hurts that he dont trust me. men are just that way and there is nothing easy about it at all , so the only thing i can tell you is talk to him, tell him what he has been doing , how it makes you feel and then ask him why he does it, then listen to what he says, if he wont say, tell him nothing is ever going to be fixed if there is no communication. if he loves you he will talk to you so that you two can fix it. good luck.

He probably has a guilty concious. Most men who have done something that they shouldn't of start accusing their wife/girlfriend of something and begin not to trust them. The main reason for this is because they know what they have done, and in the back of their minds, they feel like you know and they begin to think that their partner is doing the same thing that they have done.

For most, extending trust is as fragile as the gossamer wings of a butterfly as it takes flight on dew laden morn. The fear of hurt and impending doom are weaknesses in our character brought on by watching too much Oprah or Dr. Phil

Apparently he caught you in a compromising situation, that may have looked wrong. You won't know until you ask.

He is possesive, maybe has a guilty conscience, who knows. Remember OJ? It's not you, it's him.
