I want to really make my pic smaller for myspace,
But i try downloaded things for my computer..And it isn't working..
And i DONT want to buy anything...
So what should i do..
Oh and yes i have read but no help :(

open with paint ,,,click on image...here you can change the percentage of size

If you have photoshop, open the pic in photoshop and then click on save for web from the file menu. You can then reduce the size of your pic. Also the size of the pic file will get reduced.

Well when you download your pictures to your computer save them! After you have done this go to www.photobucket.com and then you will need to sign up. After that Sign in and it should give you a upload form, your going to press browse, Then your going to find your picture and double click on it, then press Submit. After that scroll down and you'll find your picture, above your picture you'll see a botton that says edit.Press it and then you'll see Resize image, underneath it click how much you want to resize it and then tu-duah its resized! But now that it is resized right click it and then press save and then there you go!

edit it with photo editer or paints
just make sure you know what the picture was
