Overstock.com and yahoo auctions are a couple sites. Neither are competetive w/ ebay, unfortunately. I'm sure there are others..

yahoo has auctions. they're a bit cheesy, but you can find some things cheaper than ebay.

The only one that I can think of off the top of my head is bidz.com. All they have is jewlery though. Hope that helps a little bit.
