It means "per person, per night"
Basicaly, they charge you for every person, even if you have double occupancy in the room.

It means that you pay for one person for one day, eg. osobodoba 20 zł means that each person pays 20 zł for one-day stay. If you stay for 4 days you pay 4x20 zł.
