I'm actually a fan of Fake. It's a 7 volume series by Sanami Matoh about two NYPD detectives. It's a typical mismatched cop story, but these cops end up liking each other. A LOT.
Unlike most yaoi stories it's not constant sex and the relationship develops quite naturally. The crimes they solve also make for good stories in themselves, and you get to see what the Japanese think New York is like (a crime-ridden, Godforsaken hole, pretty much).

Sukisho, it's superb!
Loveless is great too, but after the anime the story goes on in manga.
