Typically (I don't live in the county you speak of, so I don't know for sure) you would get a misdemeanor possession, because you obviously were going to personally use it, and you weren't carrying enough to sell. If you would have had more, you could have gotten possession with intent to sell/distribute, which knocks you up a bit on the chain of fools.

If it is your first time, more than likely a lawyer will be able to plead you down and get you a fine and probation. But get yourself a mouthpiece (lawyer). That is the best thing to do.

I dont think its to bad for one joint , they will only cut off one finger
