Your second linc wouldn't come up for me ... but I've seen these cars on line. They're quite small and light weight ... designed for a European market. I'd be surprised if this vehicle could meet US safety standards. I wouldn't be comfortable driving it on a freeway.

itll never happen. theyve had electric cars for years that perform as good if not better than petrol powered...... to much money is invested in fossil fuels i ride my bike in protest
