Yes, but every person that was doted over ridiculously as an infant to beyond toddler stage has this problem.
It is the worst part of being spoiled. They call it ADD when really we can't focus after spending time with people that think things aren't about us. It's all the distraction that makes us confused.
WE matter most, so for instance, school teachers should shut up and share the floor at least.

I do! They will persist and do things in their own inimitable style, if only to annoy the hell out of me.

Why can't everyone be as clever and handsome as me? The world would be a much nicer place, I tell you.

And why can't people know everything I know?!?

I always assume that people watched the same TV shows growing up, listened to the same music, read the same books, etc, and when I find out they didn't it's really frustrating.

Damn people!
