Can yousend money to ur bank account with western union?

Hm? there is no bank of america in utah and I need to buy something offline!

You can but it will cost about 50 bucks.

Wiring funds is cheaper and just as fast. Worst case you could use a money order or have your credit card company deposit funds in your account (check with them first to see how much they will charge you).
