Hmmmm....lets see. I would create a empire like Rome. A large army to conquer different kingdoms to take over. My Laws would be like the Untied States. But, some thing would be limited. If you would rape someone. Instead of going to jail. First your balls would be cut off. If you murdered your hands would be removed. I f you sexual harmed a child you would be beaten by the town's kids with belts with sharp objects. Then hung by your neck in front of a large group of people. The church will help make the laws. There the church and state will be one. Yes, it would be a Communism Lite empire.

if i ruled a country,there would be no guns and instead of fighting well have diffrent contest like dancing or the loser will have to be my slave for a day.
