for sure!!!!!!!
i have a muslim pulmonologist that has more degrees than any doctor i have ever seen in my life. he is smart, nice, funny, and caring. there are many muslim doctors, and regular everyday people that are wonderful people.
if someone doesnt want a dr to be his dr because he is muslim, then, that bigot should go find a what ever they are looking for elsewhere. there are plenty doctors out there!

As a female, I would never go to a male muslim dr. It is a cultural thing. Reason - there are rules that muslim women must obey - ie they must never be seen undressed by another male etc. We get some muslim women as patients and have to follow strict rules when caring for them. I would feel uncomfortable about this cultural difference. And since I have a lot of wonderful doctors to choose from then the choice is easy.

I'm a christian, and of course I would allow a muslim doctor to be my doctor....i think muslims are nice people (i have a lot of muslim friends because I'm from Indonesia)...and I have a lot of fun with them....I hate it when people say they're evil or what not, because its not true...i can't believe the labels being placed on them these days....how mean!!! hello! they're just people....

As long as they got the credentials to be a doctor, I really don't care if they're actually alien beings on the inside; and that goes for any doctor.

Of course. I hope those discriminative idiots do die.
Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Buddhist, or whatever else, they're still people. And I totally respect differences in religion. However, I cannot tolerate ignorance towards differences.

Why yes I would, would you let an American be your doctor? I have Thyroid Cancer, and a Muslim saved my life.

As long as the treatment was natural and worked yes, a persons religious background is neither here nor there for me.

A Dr is a Dr they all take same oath so it makes no difference to me weather they are Muslim ,Greek, Native American, or Filipino
The Hippocratic Oath
(Original Version)
I SWEAR by Apollo the physician, Aesculapius, and Health, and All-heal, and all the gods and goddesses, that, according to my ability and judgement, I will keep this Oath and this stipulation.
TO RECHON him who taught me this Art equally dear to me as my parents, to share my substance with him, and relieve his necessities if required; to look up his offspring in the same footing as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they shall wish to learn it, without fee or stipulation; and that by precept, lecture, and every other mode of instruction, I will impart a knowledge of the Art to my own sons, and those of my teachers, and to disciples bound by a stipulation and oath according the law of medicine, but to none others.
I WILL FOLLOW that system of regimen which, according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patients, and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous. I will give no deadly medicine to any one if asked, nor suggest any such counsel; and in like manner I will not give a woman a pessary to produce abortion.
WITH PURITY AND WITH HOLINESS I will pass my life and practice my Art. I will not cut persons laboring under the stone, but will leave this to be done by men who are practitioners of this work. Into whatever houses I enter, I will go into them for the benefit of the sick, and will abstain from every voluntary act of mischief and corruption; and, further from the seduction of females or males, of freemen and slaves.
WHATEVER, IN CONNECTION with my professional practice or not, in connection with it, I see or hear, in the life of men, which ought not to be spoken of abroad, I will not divulge, as reckoning that all such should be kept secret.
WHILE I CONTINUE to keep this Oath unviolated, may it be granted to me to enjoy life and the practice of the art, respected by all men, in all times! But should I trespass and violate this Oath, may the reverse be my lot!

I would have any doctor. I wouldn't care about their religion or if they were from outterspace or any colour, like orange. As long as they heard my complaints nicely and cured me, I have no problem with where or what they were.
