I personally do not consider myself goth but I have a dark sense of humour ??
I just felt like sticking up for anyone who likes to express themselves differently and doesnt conform to the norm !!!
I have noticed there are some narrowminded people on this site, its pretty sad really !

it truly is only the cultured they prefer. it really isn't any longer any better unusual than highschool preps that each man or woman look the very similar because all of them have the same abercrombie dresser and performance a complete lack of ability to be unique in any sense of the time period. certain, some goth youngsters probably have domicile subject matters, or melancholy, or maybe with, yet so do an outstanding style of different youngsters. it really is only a stereotype. edit: i gown "way available" and that i completely have my shitt jointly. the way you gown would not incredibly characterize your psychological state. i mean till you go round wearing scuba goggles and diapers for all time.

I think it's because people are terribly afraid of how boring their lives become. To combat this they pour ridicule on people that are different because they are secretly jealous. Goths are an easy target because they look very diffeent, and tend not to be very agressive. There is also an air of slight darkness and mystery about them which makes "average people" even more afraid

I don't have a problem with them, but they do give me a good chuckle. So they don't want to conform and they want to be individuals, but you know what...they are all a bunch of conformists. They all look the same, they all act the same...they conform to each other.

The only group I have ever had problems with is those goddamn emo kids. I feel like kicking their heads in. Mostly because they dress like gap chicks on crack (yes, even the male emo kids). The whole Emo music scene is total sh*t, too. All it consists of is total crap love songs and suicidal anthems. Good lord, I almost miss 80's power ballads when I hear Fall Out Boy.

I dunno. I'm not a goth at all, but cos I like random music and have black hair, I get instantly labelled. Screw it I say, if people don't like me for me,then they can go be friends with someone else, I can't change who I am.
