Wait until after dark. They become somewhat lethargic when the sun goes down. Then take your newspaper and inflict some trauma on her. They're not as tough as they appear and they're not particularly agressive. If you want more advantage, use a flash light to hunt her down. You'll have a big advantage in who can see what. Bees don't hear oh so well, and their vision is skewed somewhat to the longer wave lengths (blue, purple, ultraviolet which we CAN'T see). How ever flashlights don't put off much UV (which is why you can't get a tan with a flash light).
So, you can see, and she can't. She weighs 15 grams, odds are you're 7 to 10,000 times that. You have a newspaper. She has a stinger. She can sting you once. You can whack her as many times as you like.
...this might be the time to introduce yourself to that cute neighbor you haven't worked up the nerve to break the ice with. We love to rescue women.

Bumble Bees do not sting as commonly as honey bees. Give it a chance to fly out. It may. You don't want to spray poison in your bedroom. Put some honey on a dish on the windowsill, a paper dish. If the bee lands on it, push the dish out with a broom and close the window, so first make sure that it is not stuck. If you can't go in there, get someone else.

Okay we have the same problem, however we've solve our problem a long time ago. Okay here's what to do. (but you may need an adult to do it)
1. get a metalic stick(but would prefer the mop handle.)
2. get a cloth preferrably a baby t-shirt
3. get like a rope and tie the shirt over one end of the mop handle, so it will kind of look like a torch.
4. pour gas (go to the gas station and fill an orange juice bottle or those tub that are supposedly the tub to use to get gas from the gas station if you need them at home.) all over the cloth (baby t-shirt) and go outside where the bumble bee and scare it off. ( they are suppose to be scared of the fume of gas.

I have removed bees and other flying bugs from my home by trapping them under a plastic container (such as a Tupperware) and then sliding a piece of stiff paper between the container and the surface I trapped them on.
I then take it outside and let it go.
It can help to have a single light source to attract it to make it easier to trap.
If all else fails, hornet spray. But that is nasty to use indoors, especially in your bedroom.

Send somebody in with a tennis racket.
or a beer.
Open the beer in the window sill. Bees love the smell of beer.
As for the tennis racket, it cuts through the air and will kill the bee if you hit it hard enough. The paper is too slow and air travels around it not through it.

Get something sweet, yet sticky and put it on a piece of cardboard. Mabye honey, or peanut butter. That way, when the bee goes for the bait, it will get stuck. Then, put something over the bee just incase it didn't get completely stuck, and let it go out side. Or, instead of putting something OVER the bee, you can just step on it, or use something to smash it. You could also use fly paper, and something else that you have that is sticky. Hope I helped!

leave your window open and close your bedroom door... Go into another part of the house for a while and then check back in a few hours.... hopefully he'll be gone by then. That is what I do when a mosquito or large fly gets into my apt.

I agree with Ned,
"catch it in a clear cup or glass. Slid a piece of paper over the top. Take it out side and let it go. Mother nature will give you 10 points."
Its another living thing. Its frightened and lost most likely.
Treat it with compassion.
If you can't take it outside yourself, call a friend for help.
