I find this very amusing. Lefties cry and cry about the Republicans and the rich. But what makes me laugh is take a look at Hollywood. They're rich and a very large amount (probably 95%) donate money to the DNC or a canidate in which they endorse.

The irony of the left...Another lunacy pointed out of the left...

HanZ you make a good point. The top 25% of wage earners make 83.88% of all income taxes. Take a look at the IRS calandar year 2003. If you still don't believe it....You make more money, your in a new tax bracket, Uncle Sam is taking more out from you.

The irony to me is that leftist policies often hurt the poor more than they hurt the rich.

Open borders has caused limited health care resources to be over-burdened, with hospitals and ER's closed in S. California.

Minimum wage increases reduce the incentive for business to employ low-skilled workers. That reduces their opportunity to gain experience, and maybe work hard for 20 years and end up owning the place!

Rent control in poor areas reduces housing prices, penalizing those poor families disciplined enough to buy a home. It also minimizes the amount a landlord will spend on a building's upkeep.

Social security is a powerful racist force in this country, taking money from blacks (which have lower life expectancy) and not returning it in the same proportion as whites. They aren't in favor of personal accounts, which would enable blacks to transfer this wealth through inheiritance.

Judges that are soft on crime fail to protect poor areas more vulnerable to crime. Gun laws make it more difficult for the poor to own a gun and defend themselves against criminals.

I could go on...

Both parties are upper-class snobs who play this Liberal-Conservative game on you--it's the old Bad Cop, Good Cop scenario where one preppy pretends to be a disgusting, insulting Liberal so you'll think the other is the opposite. Liberals may convince themselves that they really believe in their ideology, but they have no minds of their own and, like the phony Conservatives, are totally dominated by the lie that they deserve to be born rich. As for class-climbers, they really hate where they came from and totally adopt one of these worthless and false aristocratic ideologies.

I don't care about the rich. I care about the greedy. There's a difference. If someone's a rich Democrat and say isn't trying to eliminate the inheritence tax, then it suggests they're not as greedy. If someone's a rich Democrat and they donate to charity, they're not greedy.

The irony of the right is complaining about the rich NOT being greedy.

There's no one I know on the left who hates the rich. They hate the greedy.

The Republicans believe that anyone can become successful, as long as the government does not stop them.

The Democrats believe that people are incapable of making the proper choices, and need the government to make it "fair" for everyone. Rather than allowing people to do well, they want everyone to share the same misery! (Except themselves, of couse. They are the smart ones who shold lead the rest!)

Well, Democrat bigwigs are just as rich as Republican bigwigs. Just look at Michael Moore; he claims to be for the working class poor yet he flies first class, owns a mansion, and his kid goes to a private school.

buddy we're talking about the top 25% of high earning people who get most of their cuts from the stock market.

most of them are common people you see every day on the street, that's driving a mercedes.

plus bush administration tends to give tax deductions on investment returns such as dividens and etc etc...

then we have another bunch of rednecks. which propelled bush into the oval office.

The concern isn't that the Republican Party members ARE rich, it is that the party's ideals are FOR the rich. Big difference.

This just shows you what kind of society we live in. All of these liberal idiots whine and complain until they were ever in the situation of the common man and then they would understand.
