Taking into consideration the form of government in Iran, that is Muslim Shia extremists with a theocratic government, I think that other countries must have a control over Iran. If Iran acquires nuclear power, it can reach the hands of terrorists and extremists in Pakistan and Afghanistan and they would blow up Israel , Pakistan terrorist would attack India , causing a big turmoil in these countries. 30% of the Muslims publicly declare that suicide bombers are heroes. So probably 95 % of them think, but are afraid to declare. Otherwise why dont the Muslim leaders, all get together and condemn terrorism? None of the high profile Muslim leaders come with a world wide statement against terrorism. After all the problems in todays world are indirectly created by United States. Who created Taliban? Who created Saddam? Who created the Palestine issue? You reap what you sow. America created the problems , and you need to sort it now. Go for war or whatever , that's up to you guys.

I am assuming that you don't have any remorse for the thousands of soldiers who have died, and now you ask that.

Why should we attack them? Because America brainswashes us thinking that they are "terroist".

Maybe we should attack Great Britian.
Why? Because we attack or threaten every one else.

I agree with the guy above me.

Just rememeber the Roman empire fell, and every country has is 15 minutes of fame. When will it be our turn. We are not invinsible. Why do we Americans act like we are the sh**t, and we are far from it.

no, i personally don't like war , but sometimes its better than the alrenatives, should we have ousted hussein and his evil sons, or let them keep building the nuclear weapons, and then if we had not done anything, he could have started a nuclear war with iran. or isreal, who knows, the middle east is safer with the government iraq has now. They don't always agree with america, but that's their right to disagree, that's a right people never had under hussein.

it is possibly the pretext to WW3. A bankrupt usa has not something left in it is tanks and is having to place self assurance in it is allies to do a brilliant sort of the battling for it. positioned this into context that China and the Arabs carry a brilliant sort of the money and components of the worldwide and that Russia has overtaken usa in new age battling tech. The point is desperate to herald a clean age because of fact the West sinks deeper and the East/middle East gets richer. The final time this occurred, the Christians raided the middle East in the Crusades below the fake ruling of "saving their faith". This time it is going to possibly be achieved to "saving their public".

Cerainly not. Militant Islamics thrive on these sort of imperialistic crusades. Doing that is just giving them greater legitimacy and garners them greater sympathy. Islamic jihadism must be stopped, but that is not the way to do it.

Of course, why not attack Iran and Syria? They're not democracies, we can bring democracy to them, and they will change their evil ways. Their people often tell us they yearn to be free, in fact they are begging us to free them. When they chant "death to America" they don't really mean it, it's just an old Arab idiom meaning "please invade us, come occupy our lands!"

balls no! if you want to attack so badly you should go buy a gun and a plane ticket and go kill all of the innocent people that you want. and i hope someone has the same feeling you do except towards you. and they can go to your home country and kill your family.

why do so many americans want to go to war???

stop being so damn afraid of people in the middle east. that is whats causing the animosity- you are just afraid. and all of the afraid people stand behind Bush and ask him to protect them.

I think we need to let Israel take a crack at it first, then help israel to complete it since Iran and Syria are helping Hezbollah.

Absolutely not! As a soldier in the military, I do not want to see us go into Iran. It's too big, too armed, too populous, and too nationalistic to invade.
