Here is my take how to get Israel out of Middle East.
In order to force Israeli out of Middle East, Arab League nations should still wait for another 15 to 20 years, until China has reached and matured into a superpower. Here is how the scenario will play out.
The conflict can be initiated by a small skirmish of crossing border attack by Hezbollah, just like the current incident, in order to draw Israel into some kind of major offensive.
Assuming major Arab League nations, with their desire to see Israel out of Middle East, conspired into a military alliance. Major Arab League players, Egypt from south, Jordan from east, Syria, Iraq(yes, Iraq with it Shi'ite majority) and Iran from northeast, and Hezbollah from north, wouldall take major roles in this offensive for the principle of mass to take into effect. Their combined military force would certainly exceed IDF's capacity of 2 million, or worse case of 7 million of entire Israeli population(2006 figure.)

Severely outnumbered, Israel's only hope lies in drawing U.S. in the war. However, With USSR and China's economic and political interest in Iran, US now faces the quandry of whether to get into the conflict. Despite lavish Jewish monetary support and political clout, U.S. must at some point realize they absolutely have no economic interest in Isreal, and not enough political interest to get into a war with USSR and China combined. In addtion, rest assured, USSR and China will be more than eager to get into the fight, having been put down by U.S. for long time due to it hegemony as the sole superpower in the world. This is the key, waiting for China to mature into a superpower, in order for this to work.

With U.S out of the picture, Israel faces two options: convention warfare against the whole combined army of Arab League, or nuclear warfare as the last resort. Needless to say, nuclear weapons will be used at the end if such event ever take place.
The issue is: would be Arab League nations be willing to sacrifice the consquence of nuclear decimation in many of their cities in order to see Israel out of Middle East.
I truly hope not, but once again, religion makes people do stupid things.

For those in doubt of China's potential of superpower, here is an example. China does not even need to fire a single bullet to put down U.S. China has 800 billion dollars of U.S. dollar foreign reserve, that is 1/10 of total U.S. debt. All they need to do is dump them on the market and it would precipitate to an immediate collapse of U.S. currency. If you are smart enough, you know what would happen.
In fact, there has been a precedence on this. Eisenhower administration threatened to dump its holding of British reserve had Great Britain not pulled out of Egypt during the Suez Canal Crisis. Most historian see this as the turning point signaling the demise of the British empire.
Of course, China would not do that now, barring extreme circumstances such U.S. military intervention of its conflict with Taiwan, because it still relies most of its growth on export to U.S. However, things would be very much difference once China has matured to have an sufficiently strong internal economy.

Indicated by the tone of the passage, I can careless about how the event will play out. I do not hold anything against Jewish nor Arabs. But I do know the current situation is very problematic, to say the least.

To address Prabhakar's point, even had the UN General Assembly Resolution 181 in 1947 to divide the land into separate Israeli and Palestinian states been accepted(which it was not), I still don't see how both side would peacefully coexist side by side. That's why I don't see how a future plan of similar concept would work at all.

To address the points raised by jbreed312000:
My apology for using the incorrect term USSR, replace them with Russia.
Russia and China are not going to be engaged in the fighting. They are merely there as a check to hold U.S. back from entering the war. This is similar to the current situations in Iran where it has the backing of Russia and China and North Korea who has the backing of China. One of the current issue U.S. face is now is the question wether the political and economic gain of invading Iraq and Korea outweigh the possible conflict with aforementioned two countries. And the answer is no, and that is why you don't see America raising their voice any higher than a 'economic sanction.'
Chinese interest in Iranian oil is much greater than most people think. China is a country deprived of much of natural resources. They have pretty close economic developmental relationship over oil in Iran. As long as Iran has oil, China is there.

In additional, China has inured persistant supression from U.S. for quite sometime now. A boiling teapot at some point will have to release its pressure. U.S. knows this. It knows the inevitable rise of China as a global superpower, but at the same time, it would like to do anything within its power to delay such onset without ticking the new kid on the block off. China will flex its muscle one day when it is ready.

I agree with jbreed312000's take that such scenario would be remote. Just like the current trivial incident, that is what I like to call it, some parties are only willing to play the game of chicken and end up settling on the Nash equilibria. Thereby, if you notice the fourth paragraph, where I specified the assumption that if Arab League nations REALLY want to get Israel out and are willing to take up the nuclear consequence. That is when the scenario will play out.
However, most of the time, there would just an incursion here and there- a banal incident in that region that I don't even bother to pay any attention to the news coverage at all, they are just the same thing over and over again. Unfortunately, it is the Americans who end up with the suffering when another 9-11s occur again. When the politicans are well greased by Jewish clout, that is the price we pay.

I have better take. It will take 20- 30 years. We are so sick of OPEC, we actually get alternative fuel. the demand for oil drop to the point that it no-longer have great impact on world economy. Oil price is so low that Arab league has no money to support anybody. when war broke between Israel and Hezbollah, nobody care about Arab. they are nothing since black gold is not a gold anymore. Israel win the war and final peace.
This will never happen;so as your story. Peace will come by negotiation and understanding. I hope they will find one real soon. Peace !

The USSR does not exits, china only whats Taiwan back and would like to dominate it's region without US interference and get the upper hand on Japan. These two countries, Russia and China, would not be any better served by the threat of nuclear war in the middle east then the USA. I don't see this countries actively participating and backing the kind of zero sum game to remove Israel that you foresee.
The middle east has the worlds attention but it is still a regional conflict with the greater powers only pulling the very loose strings of influence they have not calling all the shoots. Don't over estimate the motives or abilities of countries that may have a dog in the fight but not a family member.
On the other hand the question is what kind of struggle or jihad does Israel face. If it is a religious war as it appears, there is less reason to think that any of the powers directly involved in the region will be content to wait one more year much less 15 or 20 years to move against Israel.
So what happens 20 years from now in Israel is more likely to be determined in the next 6 months.

I only hope what you say comes to pass but personally I am not much hopeful about it. The real point at which Israel could have gone out of Middle East was at the time its entry there. I understand that as a makr of gratitude to the Jews in Ameriica ,USA as also the West had agreed to make land available for the Jews to found Israel. However, it was to come up in Africa towards the rise of the Nile. The land was earmarked and also all the concerned parties agreed. Had that plan gone through Jews would have had their Israel, Palestines would have had their Palestine . However, in the post war situation USA perhaps wanted somebody trustworthy in the Middle East who could guard their interests. This oil rich t erritory was a strategic area. And then began a search for old authorities to settle Jews in there and the god's promise to lead Jews to their promised land was conveniently found. There has been no looking back since then. Now the only alternative to the Battle of Armageddon (the war to end all wars) would be for Israel to ingratiate themselves to the Arabs They both hail from the Semitic stock. Israel can help the area to flower. But it should abandon its present ways which I feel are more rooted in their fear that they would one day be routed from their land by the Arabs. Any hope of a new political development giving Arabs the upper hand in the Middle East is all wishful thinking.America will persuade or force China to retire to their Middle Kingdom mentality. In the past also Chinese had been happy in keeping to themselves. There are no cases in history of Chinese crossing the seas and founding new worlds. In addition flushed withthe oil wealth the Arabs may never want to bother about the fate of the Palestinians. America's growing proximity to India is a pointer in the direction of containment of China.Should a conflict arise only India can provide adequate manpower to challenge the Chinese.

For the equal rationale that Europe shall in all possibility now not appreciate a Somali State created via drive of hands, via unlawful immigrants in Switzerland. Think approximately it .. Its ludicrous.. The Europeans had a War, which ended in a host of Jews getting killed (for higher or worse). The Europeans felt responsible however did not desire to maintain the Jews in Europe and so despatched them alongside to the center-east, and mentioned "reside right here... on anyone else's nation". Bizarre It used to be the French and Germans who have been busy killing Jews .. or even the Russians, Brits and Americans have been beautiful complicit good into the mid-40s. The entire Western global used to be kind of accountable however the Arabs ...who don't have anything to do with it ...have got to pay... Israel will have to correctly be in Europe (might be someplace like Alsace) ... Although as a inspiration scan it could be intriguing to look how lengthy it could have lasted if its associates might get up for themselves. If Israel at present is something to head via the Germans/French (or whomsoever used to be unlucky ample) could have began killing them everywhere once more after a couple of years.. that is why they occur to be occupying Palestine at the present time .. with ease in view that Palestinians cannot kill them ... No-one else within the could tolerate this form of BS for a minute.. however the Palestinians are categorised as "terrorists" for his or her efforts.. and meager makes an attempt at preserving a few modicum of human dignity. Secondly...Although Israel is identified via the quite a lot of US consumer states within the neighborhood, (for worry of being sanctioned, bombed or regime difference) it's the purported State of Israel (with aid from the US and different criminals) which refuses to appreciate and blocks awareness of Palestine. The Palestine/Israel trouble could certainly have labored out in a bona-fide experience ..owing the enormous populace of indigenous Arab.Middle Eastern Jews who've been residing fortunately with the Muslims and Christians for hundreds of years. The drawback is that "European and American" Jews are obviously imperialist, thieving, racist, murderous scum and might good be the supply of all human misfortune and so long as they are within the equation the one results may also be conflict, chaos and agony. Furthermore Stalin made just a little nation for them .. which nonetheless exists .. they may be able to transfer there..
