My boyfriend and I were making out the other night, and things were getting pretty intense. He was really breathing very heavily and softly moaning. He is probably telling you the truth, in fact I'm certain. Be quite proud that he could 'get' there without you even touching him or from intercourse. He was probably embarrassed because it is the first time it has happened and lets face it, you didn't 'get there' so it's kinda uncomfortable. Although very normal, and I'm glad that your taking it slowly with your man, as there's no point in rushing! Good luck!

Ok first question, yes it is, especially if he was frotting (the technical term for 'dry humping') you, his penis would have been stimulated by the rubbing and he could have easily had an orgasm. Blokes never 'make it up' because generally speaking you're supposed to be more manly the LONGER you last.
Secondy, well the same signs of a female orgasm really, his face (and possibly chest) will seem flushed, (redder), he'll be warmer and might be sweatting, his breathing will be deeper and faster and his heart will also beat faster.

The key idea here is that you are both young and inexperienced. It is possible for boys to have an orgasm from just mental stimulation. That is why young men orgasm so quickly that they often fail to satisfy their partner. They climax, the penis is sensitive, it gets soft, they are super relaxed and not interested in more sex play for awhile. Boys is happy and satisfied. Girl is frustrated and wanting more. As the male gains experience his sensitivity lessens to the point that he may be good for 20 or 30 minutes before orgasm. No, no the way i see your point is: Males try to hook up so many times 'cause theirs dont feel as guuuuud so they need a lot of the same to even get closer to a female orgasm. It only seems fair that the female orgasm feels better, males dont have to get fat and retain water when carrying a child.

Certainly he could have had an orgasm - and by all accounts he did.
Next time it happens, if he feels embarrassed, tell him you'd feel more offended if he HAD'NT come.
Also - there is no particular sign. Other than perhaps a groan and a damp patch.

A guy can orgasm from just making out because you just need to be aroused enough and let your mind go...the signs of approaching orgasm are heavy breathing, sometimes sweating, grunting or moaning and tense muscles. Then of course, you ejaculate.

while you were making out he was probably doing whats called "dry humping" you meaning he was moving his pelvis around on top of you and therefore stimulating himself and getting off.

its called pre mature ejactulation. and sometimes when you get really excited this happens. so you should be happy you made him that happy down there. but when you are having sex he will not be able to go for long. or he will probably ejaculate before he does anything. it is kind of a piss off.

i think he seemed ambarassed cause he had premature ejaculation (it is when man have ejaculation as effect of fore-play, making out, not a sexual intercourse, or too early than he would like to)
what means that his penis throw his semen in his pants,
otherwise i see no reason why he should be embarased if he would have orgasm without ejaculation, but to my knowlage in healthy young man, orgasm is in the same time or after ejaculation, so what means that it is mostly unlikely that young healthy male had orgasm without ejaculation before.
