no but my theory about that is that the soul has been in a male body for so many previous lives that this one is weird and unfamiliar. the person will just have to learn to be comfortable in the skin they are in or go through a lot of pain in order to make the body to "conform" to what they think it should look like. i personally would not want to go through that kind of pain just to change my body when what truly matters is inside.
