This is a serious question for those who watched Flavor of Love last night, or anyone who knows of entertainment legal matters. I'm referring to the fight between the two ladies over the bed matter. Just to make it simple, could the white chick (i have no idea as to what either name was) sue vh1 or flavor flav for being beat in the head? Could she legally sue anybody? Even the black chick who beat the crap out of her? I was watching it last night and thinking to myself, "Wow, that's a really embarrassing moment. Sucks to be her." However, she had to leave the show due to a concussion. So I figured, she might could sue. But then I guess the black chick could sue for defamation as well, even though she did most of the violence. The white chick MIGHT have gotten one hit in. Anybody have any serious answers?

it all depends if she (the one that left the show) signed any type of waiver if physical and or verbal agression took place during the course of the show... these days producers work with lawyers to get a pretty tight contract together protecting them from this sort of thing. So I suppose it depends on what she signed or didn't sign.

I saw that episode too because nothing else was on. I have seen the previous season and there was a fight there too. No she could not sue flavor flav or any Vh1 member. Because it was was the black chick who hit her. so she would have to sue her. And plus Im pretty sure things like this happen all the time on The Real World, Big Brother and other reality shows and no one gets a lawsuit. The producers and the directors want this to happen to get more viewers. When they choose people to be on the show they choose by their personalilty so fights and conflicts can happen.

Sue for what ? She started the whole thing by hitting Sapphire with the flowers..If she didn't want to get a beat down she should of never hit her with the flowers..The beat down was crucial and in a way she deserved it...That's what happens when you go around hitting people with flowers, you get punched in the face ...It's very rare you will find a black women that is going to take that kind of mess off of anybody...

Im sure she signed no liability to VHI meaning whatever happens in the show, getting hurt or like last night getting your azz beat, VHI is not liabable for any damages. She can probably sue the other girl but for what. Im sure she doesnt have any major assets. She will get her 15 minutes of fame for as the girl that got beat down on that show.

Probably couldn't sue the show. APparently they have these huge legal contracts that they have to sign before they can go on the show. She probably waived her rights to sue jus to be on the show. She can always try though....

She may be able to sue the girl that hit her....but i am sure she has no money (why else would she be on reality tv).

There's probably small print in the contracts they signed to be on the show. That small print most likely covers Flava, VH1, the studio, etc, if things ever get out of hand.

She could probably sue Saphire (the girl who kicked her a$$) for assault, but that's abot it. I'm sure VH1 has them sign some kind of waiver before the show starts. H-Town.... she sucked anyway

You sign waivers and such saying you waive the right to sue VH1 and associates before being on their reality shows.

I believe that all of the contestants sign a waiver of responsibility that releases VH1 from any liabilities due to injury etc. I know they do,
