I'm not terribly familiar with the Denver bellydance community but there are a lot of dancers there. I believe Phaedra Ameera (sp?) is located there and I know theres other big name dancers there as well. I would suggest doing two things.
1. Look on a bellydance directory such as

http://www.middleeasterndance.net
http://www.bhuz.com
and look for instructor in your area.
2. Join an online bellydance community such as
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Middle_Eastern_Dance/
http://www.bhuz.com
and ask for there opinions of who's a good instructor from the names you got. They will probably provide you with websites when available so that you can look into them yourself.

I don't know of a class but if you want to learn in your own home there is a DVD called Bellydancing - the workout with Shamira.
She is a middle-eastern dancer who is also a mtv choreographer and teacher. Go to www.shamiradance.com
