world peace might just be a "utopian" ideal, unachievable as is....
Or .......
1. every country should be democratized
2. free trade
3. establish a "world government"
4. Buddhists believe we must first achieve inner contentment as individuals...

1) Democratic does not necessarily mean peaceful - just look at how many fronts US troops are fighting on!
2) Free trade does not necessarily encourage peace - we have a measure of free trade now and it doesn't seem to help much.
3) A world government would just be another thing for anyone who didn't like their decisions and policies to fight against.
4) The Buddhists may have something there, but too many people are wrapped up in their petty discontent and their religion inspired hatreds and their greed for that to ever be a solution for world peace.
I hate to say it, but short of a complete and total, worldwide miracle, or the extinction of the human race, I don't believe we will ever see world peace.

I always say there would be world peace if everyone would just mind their own business and leave each other alone. From the kids in the playground that tease each other, to the big governments who bomb each other, people need to just let each other be already !

End of conflicts, positive feelings to other nations. Blocks like Euopean Union will bring the people of world together. World is now a global village and you have to end hate and promote love. We must have have faith in the people of world.

Every person in this world will train at least two people to become leaders. Leaders who have integrity and moral standards. I train people to follow Christ. It doesn't matter if it takes one person at a time, but i believe that peace can be attained if we start training people to be morally upright.
