some people ask questions because they dont know about something some people ask questions because they are bored ofcourse who isnt since everybody found time to come online on this thing..

Because they expect a stupid answer. People claim that there's no such thing as a stupid question. Unfortunately, that is not true. Think of it this way. If a question makes you wonder about that person's sanity or level of education, then they have just asked you a stupid question.

They can't think up any good questions like; How come there are no black goths, or is there a non-gender specific term for ma'am or sir for when you're not sure, or what did they do with all the hay after the women were done sitting on it?

I think that when people ask stupid questions they just want to see if anybody will respond to their ignorant questions. that pretty much means that their responces will be ignorant as well. I thinks its obvious, but thats just my opinion. They must get bored seeings how not hardly of them have many points. that must suck for them... but i cant actually diss them when i dont have that many points myself, but hey i dont try to have stupid questions.
