You need to go to a doctor and talk to him/her about your lack of motivation and why your so exhausted. I use this for an example of what it is your going through. A diabetic needs insulin to stay alive well you need what's called serotonin inhibitor to wake you up and snap out of it. You may never fully wake up you'll probably always feel very low in energy to the point you wonder how people get through the day and this can be very life threatening just like a diabetic but at a different level. You need to go on meds to regulate your serotonin then you'll start to feel motivated and have more energy. If I'm right you probably have a hard time to do things and what little you do do you struggle with it. See a doctor like right now.You suffer from depression and that is life threatening.

This isn't enough information to give an answer. If you're not feeling like accomplishing much, a certain amount of mental depression could be lurking in the background. But it could be many things.

First eliminate the possibility that you have a blood disorder or sickness - see your family doctor.
If that proves ok, then you could be suffering from depression, just going through a low bio-rhythm or dealing with some stress that's affecting you badly.

Maybe you need some exersize or you might need to watch what you eat. When I start eating a lot of greasy foods, I feel just like you, I don't want to study or get up and go to work.....

Try adding more iron to your diet. Not getting enough of it will sometimes make you feel more tired. Good luck!

Have blood work to check your iron level. If your iron is low you feel tired. Also, have your blood pressure checked. Low blood pressure can also cause you to be tired.
