you can hilight a certain amount you want printed and when you hit print...towards the middle left there is a thing called "page range" and you select "selection" instead of all or the pages.....and that should work...but make sure the info is hilighted and the cursor is off of it when you're printing...

It depends on your printer software. If the software is set up to let you print only the highlighted selection, Print Selection will be an option on the print menu. Mine does not give me the choice of Print Selection, so what I do is copy the section I want to print and paste it into a blank word processing document. That is not as straightforward as Print Selection, but it saves a lot of ink and paper.
