Looking at your profile I would say that people are answering your questions. Almost all of them got 10+ responses.
Do you mean "why do people not give good answers?" Good questions lead to good answers.
Questions that are frequently asked and that lack unique characteristics tend to get worse answers. Also if people don't believe you are genuinely interested in a quality answer, they may pass it up.

I'm willing 2 answer ur questions. But I have 2 agree w/ BM00- maybe u shouldn't waste points inquiring why people don't answer ur questions. Just ask and u'll eventually get responses :)
