Go to ebay and surf around. If you are looking for a belly dancing skirt they have the outfits on ebay. Just enter belly dancing where
it say search. Also, LIPSY comes out with some cute low slung
belly-dancing looking skirts. You can search for lipsy on ebay.
I used to shop at Filene's, Macy's, Lord & Taylor... and then I
discovered e-bay. It is awesome and you can get everything delivered to your front door!

probably in a preppy store, i go to hollister, abercrombie and fitch, wet seal, limited too, aeropostale, forever 21, american eagle. etc. u might find something similar to the skirt shakira wears in one of those stores.
