Angels aren't the most hardy of fish. They need a temp of 75-82, a pH 5.8-7.0, and KH 1-5 (water hardness). Also they don't deal well with large amounts ammonia.
Also I'd recommend a tank that's at least 30 gallons.

Angel fish are hard to take care of. They are one of the few species of freshwater cichlids. Angels have certain needs different from other cichlids. They do best in a pH of 6.5 and the water should be around 78 degrees. They need soft water not hard and there should be no aquarium salt added to the tank. When you added the fish to the aquarium you should have put some stress coat in it. This will help them adjust. Also try giving them some frozen food such as blood worms. This food is the best.

I don't know much about Angel fish, but if you JUST got them it could be as simple as them just being stressed for a day or two after you bring them home.
Of course if you've neglected to do some of the other things the more knowledgeable Angle fish readers wrote then that will also contribute to a sick fish. I'm only throwing out the 'first few day stress' idea as a last option if you've done everything else right.

The bubbles from the stone take out other gasses in the water. Water absorbs oxygen from the air. Do you have a filter going? Did you treat the water with fresh start conditioner? Water from the faucet has chemicals that are poisonous to fish. Call the pet store for instuctions.

If you told your doctor you feel sickly, would they be able to make any sort of diagnosis on just that info? No way, don't expect anyone to be able to diagnose what is wrong with your fish unless you are willing to provide more info. Results of water tests, not "my lfs says my water is fine". Need numbers. Need tank size, temperature, other tank mates, and procedure followed for maintenance, and how often you do maintenance.
Angels aren’t as delicate as people think, they do fine in hard water with a higher pH, but they do need a warmer tank, 80 to 82F. They are one of thousands of New World cichlids.
For good advice, go to that first link. Steer clear of here, I have never seen such bad advice in my life.

Sorry dear, Angels are very difficult to keep. Let me guess, it is swimming, but every so often will list to one side an sort of drift. Yeah, they are gonna die. Call the store where you got them. Chances are that they will take them and give you your money back or replace them.
Don't get new ones from that store right away. Ask for store credit instead. Wait until the next shipment. All the ones in that batch are gonna die.
Good Luck
