Sugar, I know ya said "guys ONLY!!!' but I felt the need to correct some misconceptions you seem to have...
One is that 5'5" is tall...it's not really, you're just above average for a woman...the next is that for your height, 165 lbs is "skinnyish"...it's not, alas you are somewhat overweight and may want to look into the best weight for your height to be healthy...
Third is a physical description of you isn't that helpful for people to visualize you, but further than that, it's WHO you are that will make more difference in you dating at some point...what you look like is just the package the good stuff (your personality) is wrapped in...
Have self confidence...like who you are...like where you are in life...that's the attitude that'll attract people more quickly than a pretty face or a skinny waist...

Of course, you have a great chance! Guys tend to like blondes, and most guys won't mind that you're shy. As for your 165 pounds, that probably means that your decolletage is a better feature than your legs, so wear revealing tops and you will capture the hearts (or some organ) of the 42.9% of men who are breast men. Most of all, just have fun. And if you like a guy, touch him a lot.

Yes, guys do like shy tall blonde girls. Just like most girls like aggressive tall blonde guys with money. If you're cute and friendly. you should have no problem finding an acceptable guy.
