calm down when you're upset???? i'm so angry right now, I probably wouldn't be so mad, but I think it might be oms, idk, but please, I'm so mad I'm shaky and i think i can attack the next thing that comes my way..... quickly please??!!

well my only two suggestions here you might just laugh at but i will still share my suggestions anwyas just in case they can help you.
1.) you can try and stay away from everyone and tell them to stay away from you for a little while so you can chill.
2.)or what i would do is do my first suggestion and turn on some music and write out my feelings and just put them in lyrics!!! yep thats what i always do.

Lay down on the floor flat on your back and concentrate on your breathing, and start counting your heartbeats. Start imagining yourself in a small dark quiet room, with no outside interruptions, no sounds, no negative thoughts. When a bad thought comes along imagine a hand taking it and shoving it through a door and closing the door again.

As silly as it sounds, this was a technique taught to me by my therapist, and it does work!!

Do some relaxation. Take a bbubble bath, light some candles, turn out the lights, listen to some soft music and just breath.

Pet an animal, play some music, or my personal favorite, tape a picture of them to a darts target then play. Or it you don't have a darts game, beat up a photo of them, or draw a picture of them and mess it up terribly. Photoshop it. Pretty soon you'll start laughing and having fun. Then you've calmed down enough to confrot them. Have fun!

stop and turn away from the computer breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. concentrate on keeping your breathing even. and just relax. then once you feel a little better think about how YOU should act. don't be too outrageous. just think. esp before you say anything. or do anything.

listen to music loudly and sing...that helps me or just bawl and get it all out...write down what you are feeling and what you want to say!!!
