I read to use a needle and find the exact point of the head and barely puncture it. Not deep enough to where it hurts, but enough to let the puss out. I have tried this and it works. if it doesn't work the first day, it will help the next day. Also, I live by this Oxy10 cream, don't rub it in, just put a dab of the white stuff on the zit itself, helps to dry it up really fast.

Go to the mirror, put the index finger of each hand to either side of the zit, aim and squeeze then just look at the handywork on the mirror.
Result - one dead zit. Another one bites the dust

I've heard proactiv works great for acne. I'd go to see a dermatologist (if you have insurance). They'd be able to give
you some benzoyle peroxide and anti-biotic cream. That should
clear it up. You'd also have extra on hand should it happen again somewhere else.
I didn't go to the dermatologist while I was in my teens and I
hated it every time my face broke out. Once I finally went to
the dermatologist, I didn't have problems with my skin that I
couldn't combat!
Good luck!

Don't pop it. If toothpaste doesn't work, try getting some Clean and Clear Advantage solutions stuff ... it's in a little silver tube and contains salicylic acid and works really well on big zits.

Get a pin, run it under really hot water to sterilise it. Stab the zit carefully with the pin to make a hole in it. Squeeze between two clean fingers and enjoy the satisfaction.

Take a clean wash cloth and put hot water on it (as hot as you can stand). Press it against the zit and it will break (due to the heat). Usually does not leave scaring.

Well, ive never heard of spending that much money on proactive if you only have one zit.. usually you'll get zits on your face from eating too much junk food, or not washing your face regularly.. i use noxema triple clean anti-blemish pads on my face almost every morning, and if i dont for a few days and i eat too much junk, i notice that i get zits too.. what i'll do is i use my pads on it every day twice a day, and use cover up.. it'll be gone within 2-3 days, and drink lots of water, i heard that helps too.. but if you use these pads on your face daily, it'll prevent most zits from poping up on your face

You should try a cream with benzoyl peroxide. It is the fastest working cream but may dry your face out so use it only o your zit.
Also, try not to touch it, as this will only spread the zit to the rest of your face.
I hope this information helps you. I have fought blemishes for years, unfortunately I did not outgrow them. I just learned how to manage to fight them.
Good luck!

You don't ever want to "pop" a pimple. That will leave a scar. You want to dry it out. Milk of Magnesia has a wonderful drying capability. Put a dab of it on and let it sit for several hours. Also, if you can get a beauty mask such as Mary Kay's products...works wonderfully in drying out pimples once the MOM works.
