i got my smart sim disconnected...anyone knows the hotline customer care to call for me to reactivate it again?thank u!

Is your sim card prepaid? if so, i think you cant do anything about it. If it hasnt been used for more than 3 months in a roaming country like here in the U.S. they usually do that. Im also using a smart sim here to recieve text messages from my friends back home. Para one peso lang per send nila.
The best solution would be to ask somebody from pinas to buy you a smart prepaid sim and have the roaming feature activated then have it send to you.

If you want to call the SMART costumer hotline then why dont you e-mail your problem to your friends/family in the Philippines then give a favor to call the SMART hotline about youre problem. Well, Im here in Baltimore, Maryland and I have also a SMART sim roaming. I just call or e-mail my cousin there if there is a problem about my SMART SIM.

if it is de-activated u can't call the hotline of smart which is *888. why don't you buy another smart sim. if it is a line... go to smart center.

if you keep a minimum balance they will not disconnect you, how do I know? Just rechage every few months.
