Exercise, cut down on the carbs and sugar. Do a combination of cardio and weight lifting. You have to incorporate the weights because the muscle building continues to help you burn fat and calories.

eat a little protein with every meal. never go 6 waking hours without food. elevate your heart rate at least 30 minutes a day..
