My woman is into church, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, crossword puzzles, etc. She's very intelligent, we have a good relationship, she's hot, but she gets nothing out of alcohol, sports, sex, or any other physically pleasurable activities. We've been together seven years, and she's always been this way. She will help me out as far as sexual activites, but they are seldom. We love each other, I just can't change who she is, and I was just wondering if there is anyone else in this boat...

Not in this boat, and I wouldn't be.
I'm more or less happily married. But if I was made single by death or for some reason I would make sure that any woman I was interested in for marriage MUST WANT SEX.
It is WRONG for a woman (or a man) to marry when they do not care for sex. Absolutely wrong. They should not marry at all, then.
I guess, buddy, I wouldn't tolerate living this way. If my wife was that way she'd either have to accept that I'd get some on the side (with her knowledge and consent) or we'd be heading for splitsville.
Women.....if you do not want to have sex.....YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRAP A GUY IN A SEXLESS MARRIAGE.

Something is amiss if your wife, or any wife, doesn't want to share this with her husband, on a regular basis. Same goes the other way around. And yes, I realize that sexual appetites vary.
I admire that she "helps you out" . Alot of wives say " tough luck". But there is either something psychologically or physically (meaning, hormones) wrong. She needs to talk with her dr or a counselor, both, or maybe you need to go to counselling with her.
If she is involved with church, I'm not surprised she isn't into alcohol. I wouldn't fault her for that. Nor the fact that she doesn't like sports. ALOT of women (and men) don't.
But if your mariage is to last you need to work on this sex thing or either resign yourself to the fact that this is the way you will spend the rest of your life.

you sound like a great guy. any other man would have wonderd and found a lil sex toy to pleasure him . i beleive all men need sex. and need to feel sexually wanted. U are missing a valuble peice of life,,,,, attraction . I would suggest to play" around on the side, and see if u are truelly in love w. this woman who has no sexual attention to give. U might be suprised of how bally u need it..... may be healthy to find a new lover.

to built further on Jeniffers answer; It might be so you are no challenge for her. It is true that with (a lot of) girls (also) sex starts in the brain, more than the hormones do. Maybe you should get on her level of brain and challenge her there. Prob it will make you tired, but she definitely will get tired of helping you out too. Succes mate

maybe you need to put the romance back into your relationship try courting her start out all over again, see whats what and try being real caring and affectionate and see where that goes send her flowers make her a bath with scented oil, and rose-petals sometimes you have to relight the fire and make sure to keep it burning if all else fail then, just maybe she is no longer feeling you sexual trust me women get turned off by there partners to so good luck

Have you asked her why she has no interest in sex? Some women loose interest because they aren't being fulfilled in other areas, mentally, emotionally. It is hard for us women to be sexual with our partners when our emotional needs are not met. It's even harder for us to tell our partners this because we know a man's ego has a tendency to be fragile.
You may try going to a sex spa to see if that spices things up.

You seem to have a great relationship and love. Romance her and buy her some sexy outfits. Most women want their man to desire and make love to them. Find out what turns her on, like nibbling her ear or kissing her neck. ok so those are my weaknesses. lol Talk to her and tell her.Maybe together you can come up with an answer. I wish you luck. I like jennifers answer too

You said something I find very interesting...." We love each other but I just cant change who she is" If you love her then why try and change her? She is obviously the type of woman that is cerebral....appeal to her brain and THEN her body. Sit her down and express your feelings and desire for her. A woman loves to know she is needed. MEn, I'm tell you a deep secret of us women. You have to work ou minds before we can even think of you working over our bodies.

Yeah. I been there for a long time. Been married for 33 years to a great wife. She lost interest in sex 20 years ago. She likes it once we get started, but she never really "wants" it on her own. It's tough, but you get used to it if you love them. I don't think there is much chance yours will change. It's just who she is. You will just have to settle for her doing it for you just to please you, unless you can't handle that because you love her enough.
Good luck, and Godbless
