Make her stop what I dont really understand but I will give it a shot. If you want to move on remind yourself of why you want to move on the first place it will take time but remind yourself over and over. And if you don't want to move on show her why you two should be together.

you in a comfortable relationship , most ppl are scared of change, nothing wrong with being scared, its not knowing what may be passing you by. dont have regrets , sometimes you cant take them back. goodluck

Don't try to make someone stay who doesn't want to. It just leads to you both being unhappy and miserable. You can't love someone who doesn't want to be there.
