Bellagio buffet is the best by far. Great selection and very good food.

I would tend to agree with you about the Spice Market. I like the way they have so much variety set up from various countries. The food is good, reasonably priced for how much you get and presented very well. Good service too -- people were right there to get refills on drinks etc.

I do like it best too.

One place that I have not seen mentioned is the buffet at the Golden Nugget downtown. It is very good too.

I would stay away from the lower end buffet's -- they tend to be a huge mess of food that isn't too good. You get what you apy for.

I've heard the Wynn buffet is something that is special -- although I have not been there yet.

Good question !!!

No one can top the Sterling Buffet at Ballys
Its Sundays only, but there is nothing else in Las Vegas that comes even close

Other good Buffets are the new Wynn hotel and the Bellagio

Stay away from the Rio..lots of food, but not very good.

The very best buffet in Vegas is at Bellagio's. After my first breakfast there I never went anywhere else . Every time I visit there I make it a point to stop in for great food and maybe you just might see a famous person or two.

Bally's Sterling Brunch on Sunday rocks. Make certain you have reservations and get the STERLING BRUNCH, not the regular crappy buffet brunch. Chef Wayne rocks. He has some awesome signature dishes. There is always a big vat of caviar, tons of oysters, clams, big shrimp, sushi, lamp chops, prime rib and the best crepes I ever had. I am not a big dessert fan, but they rock, too. It is a bit pricey, just over $50 now, but well worth it. Oh, they pour awesome champagne, too. I used to go there all the time and had a couple buddies, who refused to pay that much for brunch. Finally, I told them we are going and if they did not think it was worth it, I would pay. After we arrived, they asked me why we hadn't gone sooner....it is that good! Enjoy the food and the service. It is impeccable!!!

The buffet at Excaliber is interesting, but messy. No eating utensils, but it's set up like medieval times.
