One Excersise You Can Do Is Flexing You Face Mucle And Moving Your Head In An Up And Down Movement. Start By Putting Your Chin Against Your Chest, Hold And Flex, And Move You Head Up Till The Back Of Your Head Touches The Top Of Your Back. Do That Several Times Fairly Quickly A Day. You Should Also Change It Up By Moving You Head Right To Left. Then At Night Or When Theres Nothing Else To Do, Massage The Bottom Of Your Chin And Neck With 3 Fingers By Rubbing Hard, But Not Too Hard, Kinda Like Your Wiping Somthing Off Your Chin.

i say just stick to normal exersice and those ackward parts that dont have specific exercises will come into place after. i had places that i could not get rid of but fully exercising and being healthy helped me the most. give it time.

i dont think there is face exersises, go on a diet for like one week, and it will be gone, dieting is the only way, but make sure if your arnt over wait to loose to much weight, just enough to loose chin chubb!
