does a new air pressure tank on a water pump have to be manually pumped when installed?Thanks!?

no comes precharged from the factory just check it should be 2-3 lbs lower then pressure switch .example 30-50 switch the air pressure should be28

No, It comes already charged. Just check to make sure.
