How come Lindsay Lohan never gets in trouble for under age drinking?

This girl drinks more in a night than a frat house and never gets in trouble. Why are the clubs and bars not getting in trouble for serving alcohol to under age,over rated, spoiled little teeny boppers? Lets face it, if it was you or me(a regular person) under age at bar drinking, it would not go over so well. Who else thinks this is crazy?

i would be incorrect yet isn't a minor in Ohio below 18 however the eating age is 21? Then the fact is partly genuine. yes i agree it is crazy and unfair to the rest of the world. drew barrymore started clubbing and they sold her drinks when she was like 10! But it gets people's interest up about that certain club if a star like Lindsay has been there so it's publiity. But I agree, someone should take a stand on this.

celebs get away with anything now-a-days. i agree with u. she should b arrested 4 underage drinking cuz she's not 21 yet. If Mel Gibson can get arrested 4 DUI, then y not Lindsay 4 underage drinking? this is so freakin' retarded. something will come up and she'll get in2 trouble later.

I had wondered that myself. I am not saying she does drink, because I haven't wittnessed. But I was thinking to myself one day, seeing something in a magazine, how can she get away with it, i mean , being underage.
I guess if you are a celeb and a nice looking one at that you don't have to follow the rules...

when she gets sick at the age of 24 because she binged on drinking then people are going to start being concern it has always happen if your young, rich, and famous your surrounded with a lot of yes people its sad it happened to drew Barrymore at 13 and Tatum Oneal at 11 compared to them she a late bloomer

I totally agree with you, but our society lets them because "they're famous!" and thus underage drinking from teen celebs is the norm because of their "get out of jail free card."

Though, I gotta mention a lot of people do get away with underage drinking.
