If you were pregnant, it's almost certain that you would have tested positive if you are three months late. Definatly go to your OBGYN. There a many things it could be. It takes a while to get back to your cycle after taking bc pills, especially if you have been taking them for a long time. Also, your doctor can do a blood pregnancy test on you which is TONS more accurate than the kind you can buy at the store. I also know some Hormone issues that can cause your period to not show up for this long...hypothyroidism....polycystic ovarian syndrome...
If you don't want to go to the doctor, I would at least call your nurse to find out if the brand of birth control you were using can cause this to happen when you stop taking it.

You didn't say how old you are, but, if you stopped birth control, you should have started your cycle. If you are stressed about things though, that can cause some females to stop their periods, (but, my luck, it never stopped mine! lol!) But, yes, there is some possibility that the tests could be wrong, and you may be pregnate. I actually new a young girl who didn't even know she was pregnate until she went into delivery! (Serious!) The female body is a wonderful but complex creation. See your Dr. as soon as you can. If you're in school and are afraid to talk to your parents, then try to talk to the school nurse, but she can only help to a point.

It took me 8 months to start my period after getting off of b/c. The same as you I took a couple of home pregnancy tests wondering if I was pregnant and wasn't. Pregnancy tests these days are very accurate. There is a slight chance you might be pregnant, but highly unlikely. If your really worried you need to talk to your doctor, only he or she can tell you for sure if you are or aren't.

You know you should be discussing this with your doctor. Its unlikely you are pregnant if three tests say you are not. Monthly rhythms can be tricky things, but you should be checked out to be sure there's no underlying cause for your period not restarting other than your body adjusting to stopping birth control.

get to your doctor if worried. although, your body can take some time to readjust when stopping the pill. if you are not thinking of having a family at the moment use condoms. if you are trying then keep at it!! urine preg tests should be 99% accurate but blood tests are more so.

I would consult your OB/GYN. There might be a problem with your ovulation. But only a Dr. could tell you for sure. I just happened to know someone that went through the same thing. Good luck.

It's possible but every test coming up negative I truely doubt it. If you are athletic its quite normal to be 3 or 4 months late.
