I've been in plays and my teacher said I was one of the best!
Like how can I be in a show where do you go to try out for an actress because I love to act. And I'll do anything for an acting career. I've been trying so hard, but I just don't know how? Please help.

Get involved in community theatre. Go to a library or bookstore and look through the books of agents. Find a reputable acting teacher (your theatre teacher should know of some) and have them coach you in monologues to put on a tape to send to various agents. You will *definitely* need your parents' support. Take a look at yourself. If there is *anything* else you could see yourself doing, do theatre for fun, but nothing more. It is a draining field. Also, remember that you are your only true advocate. You need to believe in yourself and be confident. You will be rejected and torn apart on so many auditions before you even get a call back. Take the criticism and use it. Determination is also key, so is a good sense of humor. Good luck!

You don't need to do anything to have an acting career. Just take more acting lessons in college and hold out for the best plays and enjoy. with your motivation and enthusiasm if you dont get discouraged or allow people to exploit you in second class tabloid type productions you will go far. if you have the raw talent, then you have to go to acting school and take acting lessons. google acting schools on the web

well, first you should search the internet. it ususally has things like that on it. and second, if you want to be in like plays, you should go to any big city.
