looking for info on sending care packages!! what is restricted? what do you suggest? etc.....??? please help?

i'm getting ready to send some care packages to the military, and i just need a lil' info...

1. what stuff is restricted?

2. what do they have acess to? computers? cd players? dvd players?

3. any suggestions of low-cost cool stuff i can include?

any other info u think i should know??

normal restrictions...nothing flammable..no glass
I imagine they have Cd's and DVDs. Our company sent packages last year[ about 200] and the things on the please send list included
books, [paper back] kool ade, gum, wet towelettes, current magazines, food, [non melting] hand cream,movies..that's about all I can think of I'm sure you will get lots of ideas, and try to get other people to share the cost....don't forget a personal letter, and your return address.
