I always feel wrong if I don't say it to my husband before he goes to work. Or whenever I get off the phone with a loved one. I've actually called people back to tell them.

I tell my husband I love him at least once a day. I make sure to say it every night before I go to bed, or if he leaves the house to go somewhere I'll tell him to be careful and that I love him.
I tell my dad I love him every time I talk to him, either when we're fixing to get off the phone or right before I leave his house.
My mother has been dead for 7 years, and I still regret every day that I never told her that I loved her enough times in her life. Tell your loved ones that you love them every chance you get, otherwise you'll live in regret, like I do.

To my husband, probably once every 20 minutes when
I'm around him on average.
To my family, whenever I speak to them on the phone,
which is about twice a month.
To my dearest friends, whenever we have a serious
conversation.

We never say it enough, we don't realize this life is short and people can be gone tomorrow, that is why we should be sharing the gift we have of the Lord with one another, because God gives us love to give to one another.

I say it many times a day to my Fiance but sadly, not as often to my immediate family. I've got to change that!

Every day, I tell the woman I love that I love her. I also try to eternally court her, as i did on the day we met, and I will til the day I die.

To my parents/brother.. almost never unless it is written in their birthday card...
But to my boyfriend, I'll say it to him whenever he tells me that he loves me... If I don't hear it at LEAST once a week I'll start hinting for him to say it...

Maybe twice a day to my parents. i tell my brother and sisters when ever i see them. and i tell my boyfriend a lot :)
