You could be feeling tired for many reasons. Additional stress in your life, like added responsibilities could be causing it. Psychological and physical diseases such as depression, anemia, and fibromyalgia commonly cause fatigue. You may also be suffering from a lack of nutrients. I suggest taking a multi-vitamin daily and sticking to a healthy diet. Try to get enough sleep at night and rest during the day. If you continue feeling so tired, you should make an appointment with your doctor. Good luck.

Many people who are tired all the time turn out to have Mono. Don't worry, Mono is very common, but I would go to a doctor to make sure. However, it may be you are actually tired. If you work late, ask your boss if it would be okay to get off of work earlier. Or you could try going to bed an hour or a couple of hours earlier. If the relentless tiredness continues, then go see a doctor.

you could have mono or stress can be getting to you. try getting a full nights sleep(6-8 hours) and eat the healthiest you can with energy induced foods and test it to see if that is the reason. if not go to the doctor and get a simple check up. some people just need a long nights rest to get out of a slump. my brother had mono and the main symptom was tiredness. check it out.

You could be sick with something like Mono, or you could be pregnant, or it could be as simple as not getting the nutrition you need. You should see a doctor for tests to find out the real reason.

it could be a sickness (like mono or lyme) or you might not be getting enough sleep at night.

Being tired results from various things. It can be a combination of eating habbits, lack of physical activity, over working//studying, odd sleep cycles, and so on.

you might want to think about what kind of things you day consists of.

If not, you might have a sleeping disorder. Consult a doctor.

Get a sleep study done. You could have sleep apnea or another sleep disorder that wakes you up during the night, robbing you of a good night's sleep. I felt the same way, and I was diagnosed with sleep apnia.

You know that you need to go see your doctor and be checked out. It could be what you are going through in your life just now that is stressing you out, or there could be an underlying medical cause that could soon be sorted out if you get professional medical help.
